Welcome to Logicx Atelier. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and policies governing your acquisition of our custom-made industrial pipe furniture. By requesting designs, ordering pieces, or engaging with our studio, you accept these terms in full.

1. Bespoke Handcrafted Orders

All products displayed in our collections are made-to-order. Because we construct these products using natural European oak timber and authentic copper/iron piping, minor deviations in wood grain patterns, surface aging, oxidation marks, and exact sizing are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

2. Payment & Custom Fabrication

For customized designs, we require a formal confirmation and design specification approval. Work begins in our Amsterdam workshop only after receipt of deposit or full payment as detailed in the purchase order.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Under Dutch and EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products fabricated to specific client measurements, personalized configurations, or bespoke hand-welded piping systems. All sales of custom-fabricated items from Logicx Atelier are final.

4. Structural Warranty

We stand by our engineering. Logicx Atelier provides a Lifetime Structural Warranty on all custom-welded connections, pipe fittings, flanges, and structural joins. This warranty covers everyday indoor residential use and excludes damage caused by overloading, outdoor moisture exposure (unless explicitly treated for outdoor use), or modification by unauthorized parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Logicx Atelier shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or installation of our products. Users must ensure that heavy-duty wall shelvings or hanging pipe structures are secured to appropriate structural anchors by qualified builders.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes, actions, or claims relating to these terms, purchase orders, or products shall be resolved exclusively through the Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), Netherlands.
